If you or your family have questions or concerns about the care being given to a patient, safety issues, or any other situations that may arise concerning the hospital or hospital staff, the Patient Representatives are here to answer your questions and make sure that your needs are met.
When are Patient Representatives Available? Monday - Thursday: 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. Friday: 6:00 a.m. to 2:15 a.m. Saturday - Sunday: 9:00 a.m. to 2:15 a.m. St. John's Hospital - Lebanon participates in The Joint Commission Speak Up Program and encourages patients to take an active role in their own healthcare.
