St. John's Hospital - Lebanon is proud to offer Diabetic Education services to our patients, provided by a Registered Nurse and Certified Diabetic Educator. Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. You can reach us by calling 417-532-3495. Services include a one on one assessment, individual consultations, and indepth educational sessions, including nutritional information provided by a Registered Dietician. A Physician's Referral is required.
