• Basic Health Screening includes a lipid and glucose blood test (cholesterol levels, blood glucose, and triglyceride levels), blood pressure, and body composition (height, weight, body mass index, and percent body fat). Cost is $25.00 per participant.
• PSA (Prostate Specific Antigen) - screening for prostate cancer, recommended yearly for all men over age 50 and for men over age 40 with a family history. Cost is $40.00 per individual
• Colorectal Screening Kit - The purpose of this screening is to help detect colon cancer by searching for hidden blood in the stool before it has become so apparent to be visible. Cost is $12.00 per individual.
• H and H (Hematocrit and Hemoglobin) - tests the level of iron in the blood to check for anemia. Recommended for women, especially those who are pre-menopausal. Cost is $20.00 per individual.
• CPR and First Aid Classes - Contact Community Wellness for class information and cost.
• Why Wait?: Weight Management - a custom weight management program developed with the individual in mind. There are many different options available to suit personal weight loss needs contact Community Wellness for more information and cost. 
• Tobacco Cessation - includes consultations with a tobacco cessation educator, nicotine replacement therapy (patches or gum), and follow-up telephone support. Monthly support group meetings can be provided on-site at your facility for 6 months. Cost is $240.00 per participant.
• Educational Classes -  Topics include stress management, nutrition, emotional eating, physical activity, depression, blood pressure, cholesterol, allergies, and more! Classes can be customized to meet the individual needs of your employees and can be offered at various times to cover all your shifts. Cost is $50.00 per session.
• Pulmonary Function Test - Measures the volume of air inspired or expired as a function of time, or to determine disease of the lungs based on occupational hazards.
• Audiograms - Monitor hearing ability of employees to identify progressive noise - induced hearing losses before they become handicapping. We also identify temporary losses before they become permanent. Audiometric testing provides a continuing record of hearing for each individual employee.
